Subj: August 20 Graduate Student Town Hall (Sent 3:10 p.m. August 17)

Dear students,

All current graduate students are invited to a town hall meeting for all graduate students regarding the university’s plans for the fall semester. We encourage you to join us via Zoom this coming Thursday, August 20 at 2 p.m. CDT for this event. Panelists who will answer questions will be Dean Seiichi Matsuda, Vice President for Administration Kevin Kirby, Vice-Provost for Research Yousif Shamoo, Associate Vice Provost for International Education Adria Baker, and Associate Dean of Students Allison Vogt.

Questions can be submitted in advance at the link before 6 p.m. on Wednesday, August 19. We will also welcome questions submitted during the town hall, and following it we will post additions to , based on the questions we receive.

Following the event, a recording of the town hall will be available for all graduate students as well as for faculty and staff.
